Shipping

HOUSE IX hoodies, joggers, tees, and House mugs are made to order. We currently ship within the United States. Available Standard and Express shipping options, where offered for your address, and their charges are shown at checkout. Shipping is charged separately for mug rewards unless the reward explicitly includes shipping.

Production and delivery

Orders typically ship within 2–7 business days after they are submitted for production. This is a production estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Transit time depends on the destination and shipping service.

An estimated arrival window shown at checkout may already include both production and transit. Delivery estimates can change because of product availability, busy production periods, or carrier delays. Choosing a faster shipping service does not guarantee faster production.

Tracking and separate shipments

Tracking details are provided when available after your order ships. Items may arrive in separate shipments if they are produced at different locations.

Address changes and delivery questions

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you need to correct it, email enterhouseixteam@proton.me as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether a change is still possible; changes may be unavailable once production or shipping has begun.

If your order is delayed or you have a delivery question, contact us with your order number so we can investigate. If we cannot ship within the timeframe communicated for your order, we will contact you with revised timing and the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
