DRAWN TO THE FLAME.
CONNECTED BY THE EXPERIENCE.
Picture a place where live performances, creative gatherings, and play share the same Ember energy. Explore the rooms, people, and ideas shaping this future vision.
01 / THE MAIN FLOOR
ONE FLOOR. MANY WAYS TO IGNITE IT.
At the center: Ember's sun emblem, framed by matching banners. Around it: comfortable perimeter seating, a downstairs bar, and a flexible stage. The open floor could shift from concerts and showcases to workshops, private events, or supervised games like laser tag and Nerf-style challenges.
02 / UPPER DECK · V.I.P.
YOUR OWN SPACE. THE SAME EMBER ENERGY.
Envision a balcony overlooking the main floor, with couches for couples and groups, individual lounge chairs and cocktail tables, premium collection display cases, and a dedicated VIP bar. A quieter vantage point without leaving the experience.
Upper Deck membership access and amenities are concepts only; nothing is currently bookable or guaranteed.
03 / DESIGN IN MOTION
FROM ZURI'S SKETCHBOOK TO THE NEXT SPARK.
Ember's Core hoodies—Cinder black, Forge maroon, Kiln sandstone, and Flare red—stay grounded in their original artwork references. Core jogger concepts span black, grey heather, and red. Zuri's screen offers only a glimpse of a possible future drop, not a product announcement.

PROJECT 001 EMBER LIVE 001 — IGNITION VISION CONCEPT
01 / RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT VISION
EMBER LIVE 001 — IGNITION
IGNITION is a proposed 120-guest, 3.5-hour immersive pilot that tests Ember's first four chapters: The Spark (arrival and identity), The Rise (creative discovery), The Flame (shared experience), and The Afterglow (conversation and feedback). This initial music-and-art-led event is only ONE possible format for a future Ember Hall. The long-term venue concept could also be adapted for creative markets, private experiences, games, Nerf-style competitions and laser tag, subject to proper venue and safety planning.
WHY THIS MATTERS
A memorable event might draw the first crowd, but a flexible venue needs more than one reason to return. Ember R&D will test whether guests value live performance, discovery, space to connect, member hospitality, flexible programming, and recognizable House identity enough to support sustainable recurring experiences.
RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
- Test recognition of Ember's identity, guest satisfaction, favorite chapter, and whether people would attend again.
- Research the right mix of event formats: performances, showcases, creative workshops and future game concepts, including equipment changes, audience flow, accessibility, staffing and non-strobe lighting.
- Measure operational feasibility: target 120 guests, 3.5-hour guest experience, production needs, staffing, venue costs, and ticket willingness to pay.
- Evaluate first pilot success benchmarks (planning targets only): 100+ paid guests, 4.3/5 average rating, 60% positive return intent, and 40+ feedback forms.
An Ember Live 001 Creative Brief and, if an event is approved and delivered, a pilot report: audience insight, a reconciled budget, an event operations checklist, artist feedback, and design requirements for Ember Hall. Illustrative pilot budget: approximately $5,300, subject to real quotations.
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT PATH
- 01
Define the four-chapter experience, audience, artist mix, visual identity, and research methods.
- 02
Validate demand and costs; secure a compliant venue and plan a small-scale pilot only if financially feasible.
- 03
Test Ember Live 001, document guest and creator feedback, and refine the repeatable experience.
- 04
Evaluate successive events and develop an Ember Hall feasibility and location brief.
Pilot results would inform a practical multi-use Ember Hall: adaptable main floor and stage, central sun emblem, House banners, guest circulation, downstairs bar, perimeter lounge seating, artist/service support and a feasible separate Upper Deck balcony and VIP bar. A permanent venue is a research aspiration, not a guaranteed next step.
02 / THE FUTURE PHYSICAL EXPERIENCE
FROM PROJECT TO PLACE.
Possible facilities that could make this research or product tangible in the future.
EMBER HALL — THE HOUSE THAT CHANGES WITH YOU
A future two-level, adaptable House of Ember experience. Enter under warm architectural light to a central Ember sun emblem set into a flexible main floor. Matching sun-emblem banners rise toward the ceiling; a practical performance stage occupies one end, perimeter lounge seating frames the floor, and a downstairs bar makes room for conversation. Above, the Upper Deck could offer VIP lounge sofas for couples and groups, individual chairs and cocktail tables, display cases for premium pieces, a dedicated bar and balcony views over the stage. Beyond concerts, the room could be reconfigured for markets, creative workshops, private events, and supervised interactive game formats such as Nerf-style challenges or laser tag.
Keep the appearance grounded in a realistically convertible industrial hall: exposed brick or concrete, black steel, polished or sealed durable flooring, clear wayfinding, functional rigging, limited amber highlights, restrained ember-sun signage and warm House banners. No fantasy architecture or real flames. Design flexible seating, removable activity zones and storage for alternate event setups. Upper Deck must read as a practical mezzanine with railings and controlled access, not an impossible floating lounge.
Feasibility research must address permitted assembly uses, fire/occupancy limits, safe balcony loading and railing design, accessibility to both levels, licensed bar operations and age restrictions, restrooms, emergency exits, acoustic controls, security, artist load-in, accessible seating/sightlines, equipment storage, stage and lighting capacity, and ventilation. Game modes need venue-approved barriers, impact-safe equipment, first aid, supervision and a layout separated from alcohol/bar service when appropriate. No site, budget, opening date or VIP benefits have been confirmed.
03 / FUTURE LOCATION EXPLORATION
POTENTIAL CITY & DISTRICT IDEAS.

TO VERIFY BEFORE SELECTINGResearch venue licensing, neighborhood sound controls, event rental pricing, audience demand, transit, outdoor patio permissions, and operating costs.
Phoenix, Arizona
A desert-industrial direction with masonry, weathering steel, dark glazing, muted copper and amber light, and carefully scaled outdoor gathering space.
TO VERIFY BEFORE SELECTINGResearch adaptable industrial buildings, heat-resilient gathering spaces, fire/assembly requirements, transportation, market demand, and sound/permit feasibility.
Las Vegas, Nevada
An entertainment-forward but grounded urban venue with a distinctive street entrance, restrained illuminated marquee, and flexible cultural programming.
TO VERIFY BEFORE SELECTINGResearch arts-district and mixed-use building options, commercial event permits, operating and production costs, realistic audience demand, and competitive positioning.

PROJECT NOTES & MILESTONES.

IGNITION — Four chapters of Ember
Current status: proposed concept, not a booked or funded event. Planning direction: The Spark (arrival), The Rise (art and interaction), The Flame (performance), The Afterglow (community and feedback). Pilot concept: 120 guests, 3.5 hours, approx. $5,300 illustrative budget. Research markets: Atlanta, Austin, Phoenix, and Las Vegas. No real Ember Hall location has been selected.
The Four Chapters of IGNITION
CHAPTER 01 — THE SPARK: welcoming arrival, ember-lit identity, and optional Spark Card. CHAPTER 02 — THE RISE: interactive art, creative demonstrations, and an optional Spark Wall. CHAPTER 03 — THE FLAME: a coordinated live performance integrating music, movement, visual storytelling, and warm architectural light. CHAPTER 04 — THE AFTERGLOW: a calmer creator lounge, community connection, and voluntary event feedback. All experiences should support accessible participation and avoid pyrotechnics or unnecessary strobe effects.
Core Collection today — Zuri's next spark tomorrow
Treat the supplied Core Collection sheets as the design reference, not the generated composite. Core hoodies: Cinder/black, Flare/red, Forge/maroon and Kiln/sandstone — each retains its own assigned chest, sleeve, back and label designs. Core joggers include black, grey heather and red references, preserving the correct sun emblem, vertical flame/IX motif, cuffs, drawcord and plain back for each colorway. Zuri's on-screen design work is a separate R&D tease for a possible future drop: no product or launch date has been announced. The Ember Hall image is a concept visualization, not inventory proof.
Upper Deck — a different view of the same flame
The proposed Upper Deck is an elevated VIP destination inside Ember Hall, not a separate event. The concept includes balcony views overlooking the main sun-emblem floor and stage; comfortable couches for couples and small groups; individual chairs and cocktail tables for solo guests; premium apparel display cases; and a dedicated bar. It is envisioned for conversation, pre-show gathering and selected member experiences. The accessibility, bar licensing, membership permissions, size and exact benefits remain subject to design and feasibility review. Upper Deck is not open or bookable.
The ground floor — the room that brings everyone together
Ember's sun emblem sits at the center of a flexible event surface. Large matching banners hang above, with a working performance stage at one end, a downstairs bar along the side and social seating around the perimeter. The design balances movement and comfortable places to pause; staging, floor finishes, clearance, crowd capacity and accessibility need to be validated for any real property.
One space, many expressions
Ember Hall is imagined as a multi-purpose venue, not an always-on concert hall. Possible configurations include live performance, creative markets and collection showcases, talks and workshops, private celebrations, and supervised Nerf-style games or laser tag. Each requires its own room setup, equipment, safety plan, staffing and operating rules. These are ideas to test with members, not an announced event schedule.
Zuri's atelier — something new is taking shape
The designer scene gives a glimpse of Zuri developing future Ember apparel. The image is intended as a story teaser, separate from the current Core Collection; details in future-drop sketches are exploratory and should not be mistaken for finished product artwork, a confirmed release, or early-access inventory. The approved Core hoodie and jogger references stay visible below for accuracy.
Indicative Pilot Economics
Illustrative, not quoted or funded: target 120 guests, a 3.5-hour guest experience, and an approximately $5,300 research pilot budget: venue $900; sound/lighting $700; performers/host $800; staff/security $750; immersive design $500; photo/video $300; marketing $250; insurance/permits/licensing $300; ticket fees/supplies $300; contingency $500. A hypothetical 120-ticket pricing mix would gross $5,600; sponsorship would be additional but is not assumed or secured.
What We Will Measure
Pre-event: interest by city, ticket willingness to pay, artist and partner interest. During the experience: arrival flow, engagement with each of the four chapters, accessibility and wayfinding observations, staffing and production needs. Afterward: guest rating, favorite chapter, intent to return, creator feedback, and full cost reconciliation. Proposed success targets: 100+ paid attendees, 4.3/5 guest rating, 60% positive return intent, and 40+ completed survey responses. These are targets only.
Eight-Week Preparation Path
Weeks 1–2: validate demand, partners and concept. Weeks 3–4: obtain venue and staffing quotes, review permissions, secure a feasible budget. Weeks 5–6: confirm creative programming, build/installations, ticketing and communications. Weeks 7–8: rehearse, check accessibility and safety, launch only if feasible, and collect structured evidence. After the event: reconcile finances and issue a research report. No event date has been announced.
